What We Offer
Competitive Salary & Bonus
All employees have a competitive base salary with a guaranteed annual 2% cost of living increase. Additionally, staff are eligible for up to a 6% performance bonus each year.

Ongoing Development

Excellent Retirement
Enlace Academy contributes 4% to all staff members' 403b retirement accounts and will match an additional 3% of the employee contribution. Teachers can also opt into the Teacher Retirement Fund (TRF).
