Neighborhood Charter Network
The Neighborhood Charter Network is a charter operator in Indianapolis, Indiana committed to expanding educational equity. NCN schools are aligned in a fundamental belief that, “All Children Can and Will Learn” and the core value of “Lead with Love.”
NCN first launched Enlace Academy on the west side of Indianapolis in 2013. The name Enlace derives from the Spanish word for link or connection because the school seeks to be the hub of community for her families and foster connections with community partners so our whole families can be healthy and happy.

We fulfill this belief through a deep commitment to our core value of “Lead with Love.” Leading with love means cultivating genuine relationships and pairing high expectations with strong support.
Lead with Love means that we prioritize both academics and relationships to ensure our students feel loved and cared for each day.
