Enlace Academy celebrates the diversity of its students, staff and families and creates genuine relationships, so all stakeholders can be their best and most authentic selves. Enlace Academy's community includes all of its staff, family, students and local partnerships and community members and the school's strength is driven by the strong connections between these stakeholders.

Enlace Academy is a proud partner of the IUPUI School of Education. Enlace Academy teachers host IUPUI student teachers each year, and IUPUI students learn from a satellite classroom at Enlace.

Marian University is a strong partner to Enlace Academy, offering Orton-Gillingham training, on-site student literacy support, and discounted EL and SPED certification.
